Ever wonder why customer service folks talk to you like you're an idiot? Well, we don't, really, but we wish we could sometimes.

So I work in customer service, and as anyone who has had to deal with the public knows, the customer is always right. Right? Right. Except when they're not. Which happens much more than you'd expect. Yeah, even more than that.
So when we're blowing off steam about a particular customer, we like to come up with euphemisms for their perceived mental capacity. The one that made me laugh out loud today:
The wheel is spinning, but the hamster's dead.
